Genuine Pets is a manufacturer for pet water and food dispenser.
Since 2015, Genuine Pets has been committed to designing and manufacturing pet water and food dispenser, with the accumulation of manufacturing experience, our workers are fully clear for the quality points and production skills.
We have half-automatic injection machines, cutting machines, drilling machines, precise CNC machines, laser machines, printing machines, shrinking packing machines, ultra-sound wave welding machines and large-size assembly and packing workshop, we fully own our factory premises, apart from different manufacturing workshops, it has three warehouses for us to store products before shipping.
We have R&D department, tooling workshop, prototype studio, injection workshop, quality control department, our designers and graphic engineers make drawings once we have new idea, we simulate product’s image and performance with 3D modeling and FEA(finite elements analysis) software, then we do the fast prototype with 3D printing, once the idea is proved to work well, we make molds and fixtures to prepare for the mass production, we have got abundant experience in OEM and ODM service. We can make customized package and logo for clients if the reasonable quantity is met, usually clients provide us with the AI format file, we make a sample for client to confirm before production, we do our best to promote our customer’s brand.
Our quality control team conducts raw material inspection, random checking for semi-finished parts during mid-production, then final inspection when goods are finished, everything we do is to ensure every product delivered to the end user is a nice and well performed product, our goal is let the end-user recommend products to their friends. We offer one-stop door to door transportation service, let our clients focus on marketing and selling, saving time and efforts on logistic hassles. We are always responsive for every question of clients, solve problems as soon as possible.

Q:Can I get samples from your factory?
A:Yes, we can supply sample, sample fee will be refunded after you place the first official order
Q:Can you change the parts according to our requirements?
A:Yes, we are OEM supplier. We have our own mold workshop, graphic engineers, which enable us to do all OEM works.
Q:What is the production lead time?
A:Usually the production lead time is 30 days to 45 days. If order is small, we can do it in around 20 days.
Q:If we give you all drawings of our design, can you make it? And keep this new design exclusive for me?
A:Yes, we can do it and make it exclusive for you.
