A: Yes, we can supply sample, sample fee will be refunded after you place the first official order

A: Yes, we are experienced in shipping. From FOB term to DDP term, we have handled it many times.
Q3: What is the production lead time?
A: Usually the production lead time is 30 days to 45 days. If order is small, we can do it in around 20 days.
Q4. Can you do the customized package?
A. Yes, once we get your package file, we can make a sample and send photo or the actual sample for you to confirm.
Q5. Can you change the parts according to our requirements?
A. Yes, we are OEM supplier. We have our own mold workshop, graphic engineers, which enable us to do all OEM works.
Q6. What is your payment term?
A . Usually 30% deposit is upfront, then we proceed with the mass production, once the order is finished, we will do final inspection, and send you inspection reports, then you can make payment for the rest.
Q7. Can you do our brand?
A. Yes, we can print your logo on the product, or print your brand with the individual package.
Q8. Can you provide marketing photos and videos?
A. Yes, we can give you all marketing photos and videos that we have.
Q9. If we give you all drawings of our design, can you make it? And keep this new design exclusive for me?
